Hi, I'm Courtney Hunt.
For more than 25 years, my work has focused on strengthening leadership, building community capacity, and advancing equitable opportunities across sectors. I am a Community & Leadership Strategist, Coach, and Grant Educator, partnering with individuals and organizations committed to meaningful, measurable impact.
My career spans health equity, civic engagement, nonprofit leadership, and community-centered systems change. Throughout that work, I’ve learned that effective leadership is not about position or title, it’s about clarity, courage, and the ability to lead people through complexity with integrity.While my expertise is deeply informed by years of working alongside and coaching women leaders, my work serves people, teams, and organizations of all backgrounds. I bring a leadership lens that is inclusive, practical, and grounded in real-world experience—helping leaders navigate growth, transition, and responsibility without losing sight of purpose.
I believe strong communities are built by leaders who are supported, well-resourced, and equipped tothink strategically. That belief guides my approach to coaching, consulting, and education—whether I’m advising executive leadership, developing programs, or teaching organizations how to secure and steward funding responsibly.
